Refund and Returns Policy

Overview As each painting is a one-of-a-kind original work of art, all sales are final. We take great care in packaging our art to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please notify us via email at irenica2411@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. To process your request, please include:

  • Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging.
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged artwork.

Once we review the documentation, we will provide specific instructions and a prepaid return label if necessary. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution, whether through a repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at irenica2411@gmail.com.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at irenica2411@gmail.com.
